Icnea is launching a new tool specifically designed to help property managers who want to be closer to their clients. The agency will be able to introduce various important information before the check-in, during the stay and after the check-out along with any other information they feel the client should have easy access to such as the opening hours of a park or a museum.
From the extremely user-friendly main panel, the tourist will have access to reservation details, the bill, the status of the payments and the possibility to add, or change, personal details. Also, through the online check-in feature property managers can receive document information and the signed contract. The integrated chat will do the rest literally making the distance between the two disappear. Furthermore, the chat will soon be integrated with Airbnb’s messaging system so that property managers will be able to manage also those messages through the PMS.
