What should I know?

We want the process to be as easy as possible. We contemplate the following phases for the project:

A project is developed in 6-9 weeks, depending on the timing that the customer needs to validate designs, so this timing could also be reduced.

It’s a joint work between Icnea and the customer, the cooperation is key for reviewing and verifying the project, as well as introducing content in the system.

Websites developed by Icnea do not contemplate maintenance service, however all the errors that affect the normal use of the web will be solved by our team in the shortest time, as long as it is caused by Icnea's programming and not by the change of existing technologies.

In case of requesting changes that involve more than 15 minutes of programming, such as new developments, a budget will be made and after its approval all the requested changes or improvements will be developed.

SEO Optimizatio

Your website will be completely optimized for search engines such as Google, in order to achieve a good indexing and organic positioning.

No, our holiday rental websites are connected with the PMS of Icnea, so It wouldn’t be possible to develop the website if there isn’t a customer account linked

The payment will be made in 3 months. The first payment will be made at the beginning of the project, and the other 2 in the consecutive 2 months.

The process can be faster or slower. Commitment, agility of response and detailed feedback will be essential to proceed with the changes.

The website can have as many languages as needed, as long as you can manage all of them.

Remember that the translations are not automatic, meaning that the content must be always introduced manually in all the languages.

Although the website is yours, if you wish to unsubscribe Icnea the website will lose all functionality, as the text editors and property listings are linked to the PMS.

We can send you all the files, but in the future the website will need to be reprogrammed.

You will not have to pay any additional commission if you receive direct bookings through your website.

Iframe or Widget
Insert in your website the different widgets in HTML, in order to display the availability search bar, listings catalog and the motor engine, automatically and without programming knowledge.

An iframe is a ‘’frame’’ that can be inserted in a web, so if you already have your own website (Wordpress, Wix, oR another CMS) you can use it.

The Iframes are fully integrated with the PMS or Channel Manager, and all the changes done in the properties will be automatically displayed in your website

What should I know?

In order to insert an iframe in your website, the URL and the instructions manual in PDF will be provided

SEO Optimization

Google reads the content inside the iframes, however it 's not granted that it will appear in the search results because the content is not indexed in the browsers.
It’s a disadvantage, therefore, it is always advisable to have the properties included within the website and to include a direct link to the iframe or to include an "Availability Search" widget.

FAQs

The Premium iframe is always advisable because it includes a map, making it more visual than other versions, but it you don’t have made up your mind yet, we recommend this option when the properties are very geographically spread (for example, in different cities)

If all your listings are in the same building, maybe a map won’t be needed.

You will not have to pay any additional commission if you receive direct bookings through your website.

If you have a design, please send us the graphic material, we can adapt ourselves: Figma link, access to the Wordpress theme, screenshots, etc.

The projects that we develop are strictly linked to the PMS, so if you unsubscribe our services, the listing information won’t be updated and it wouldn't be possible to book.

Yes, it’s very easy to change from the Basic version to the Advanced one, because it uses always the same code

But, changing to a Premium version involves changing the code, so we suggest first choose this option if you have decided it from the beginning.
